[Autom. eng. transl.] The monograph investigates the complex phenomenon of prejudice and, through the attempt to define its nature and the analysis of the procedural discipline in the previous and current systems, aims to define the scope of the judicial power of the criminal judge in the presence of a preliminary question and to clarify the relationships between the injured proceeding and the preliminary ruling procedure
