Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Constitutional Court clarifies that a sentence of conviction of the EDU Court is not a sufficient condition to determine the illegitimacy of a national rule, even in the event that this rule has been subject to evaluation in the context of the judgment made before the EDU Court.
