Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In political and institutional circles, questions are raised about the current state of the European economy. At this stage, an important role can be played by young high-tech companies, given their innovative capacity. The analysis we conducted confirms that, if properly financed by venture capital investors, these companies contribute to the increase in aggregate productivity and therefore to economic growth. Italy, in the face of recent negative results in terms of growth, should therefore implement actions that favor the meeting between demand and supply of venture capital. This would allow young high-tech companies to contribute significantly to the economic growth of our country.
