Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution summarizes the elements of evidence and operational splits in support of the basic hypothesis that making a good evaluation represents a condition / opportunity to improve the organization as well. Thanks to the structural connection between evaluative dimensions and organizational aspects involved, evaluation in general and the evaluation of training, in particular, seem to emerge as particular objects, peculiar to talk about organization. The themes are those of organizational learning, of the connected adult education in contexts of operational experience and of the institutional, organizational and practical implications that determine the conditions of effectiveness and positive impact.
