Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] For the quantification of the non-pecuniary damage for the violation of the inviolable right to privacy, the criteria for damaging honor and confidentiality are applied in a very questionable manner. Here too, the absence of shared criteria for the payment of non-biological non-pecuniary damage is discounted.
