Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay traces the historical evolution of the rules concerning civil responsibility to focus, then, on the specific responsibility of "rating" agencies, in a perspective that traces the passages from their complete immunity (first amendment) up to the new laws of the Community Regulation of September 2009. Finally, an analysis of the Italian jurisprudence on the subject is presented.
