Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The theme of corporate social responsibility and sustainability is the subject of wide debate within different disciplines and represents an inescapable issue for public and private companies. This book explores from a theoretical point of view and through a field research the theme of social sustainability of health organizations with the aim of pursuing a dual objective: to contribute to a more specific definition of this concept from a psychosociological point of view and to discuss which strategic levers and intervention devices can prove to be effective for its promotion by managers, consultants and researchers.
