Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In today's knowledge society, nanotechnology innovation becomes a tool for the encounter between science and law. Declining potentialities and concerns related to the sector, and exploring the ethical-juridical aspects of the topic, this contribution proposes a reconstruction of the complex and variegated world that founds and surrounds the so-called nanofood.
