Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the years between the end of the Great War and the advent of fascism, in the younger generations an attempt was made to instill that "religion of the homeland" still missing in the Italian people. The characters who had distinguished themselves during the conflict, the passage of the remains of the unknown soldier, the books, the toys, were used to convey the concepts of sacrifice, heroism, patriotism to the children.
