Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work focuses on the issue of adversarial proceedings in constitutional proceedings, seen not so much from the perspective of the possible opening of the proceedings to subjects other than the parties constituted in the main proceedings, but rather from that of the powers recognized to the subjects constituted before the Court, in light of the recent changes to the Supplementary Rules.
