Research output: Book/ReportOther report

Abstract

The conceptual framework of this volume supports the idea of psychological work where the initial phase of constructing the request is crucial. This preliminary work is carried out through a method aimed at attributing new meaning to the request brought to the professional, thereby revealing the deeper and more urgent needs underlying it. Various cases are presented to highlight what characterizes the preliminary phase of psychological work, which consists in analyzing the request itself. Through this extensive array of cases, the volume appeals to both students looking to enhance their competencies in clinical cases request analysis and psychologists motivated to broaden their experiential horizons through engagement with diverse and varied situations.
