Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The editorial addresses the topic, constantly a source of strong discussions within schools, of the administration of Invalsi tests. The meaning and functions of this tool are recalled, but also the limits, highlighting the importance of not making these tests the purpose of the teaching action.
