[Autom. eng. transl.] In Tender Stocks by Paul Morand (1921), we read that to every loner "the human voice is necessary, like the tuning fork of all other sounds". As a place where speech is exercised, the voice is a major element of RTP's character system: from musical analogies to the fine prosodic remarks which made a “linguist” Proust speak, intonations which make it possible to distinguish a Idiolect in the voice as an avatar of "style", the facets of the voice in Proust are numerous and sometimes fluctuating. At the crossroads of the prosodic and the psychological, the vocal (Léon), which seems to escape any written transcription while seducing the narrator of RTP, then gives access to the mysteries of the human being, by embodying a form of "intelligence [... ] incorporated into the material ”(Preface to Tendre Stocks). We will show some aspects of the speech of the voice in Proust, in particular in Le Côté de Guermantes.
