Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The creation of an economic government of the euro area has become in many respects the crucial issue on which the actual relaunch of the European unification process is being played out, since around this project those transfers of sovereignty that can transforming Europe into a true political union. Considering the current political debate and its importance for the future of the European integration process, this article aims to analyze the various proposals put forward so far and check what are the main legal issues that arise in view of the completion of the Economic Union and monetary policy.
