Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume is dedicated to the critical analysis and deepening of the causes of non-punishability in the current penal system. The recent enhancement, in the regulatory and judicial fields, of juridical institutions with effects of non-punishability raises questions about the meaning to be attributed to these measures on a legal-systematic level and on a political-criminal level. Through the critical analysis of some of the most recent and significant causes of non-punishment, the investigation aims to highlight the evolutionary lines of a legal instrument capable of producing effects of significant impact on the penal system and on the sanctioning system.
