Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the current historical-social situation, pedagogical reflection is called upon to support business contexts, urging them to innovate their business models in order to maintain economic competitiveness and development sustainability in balance. In a peculiar way, the complexity of the climate issue pushes companies to improve their ability to prevent and manage risks, to focus on the systemic repercussions and the combined effects on operational activities, to design practicable solutions in the presence of emergencies, provided to know how to develop adequate green training strategies. In this contextual framework, the inclusion of climate risk in the corporate planning/programming choices of small and medium-sized enterprises - with particular reference to the development of human resources - is susceptible to analysis to equip people with suitable ethical-moral skills and values to a constant reorganization of work in the perspective of sustainability understood as a virtuous synthesis between environmental protection, economic productivity and human well-being.
