Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay takes human resources and relational goods as essential issues of pedagogical reflection to guide the path towards sustainability. Environmental issues revitalize the need for community, sometimes considered in an extrinsic way in contemporary societies, apparently satisfied by individualistic values. In the following pages I propose to consider the anthropological significance of the professional network cultures that move from the issues of environmental governance. From reading the ecological question of sustainability as a tension to existential authenticity, I note the centrality of people in undertaking virtuous processes to build belonging and share the fruits of the Earth. The rediscovery of the value of relationship and solidarity can allow a process of humanization of economic, social and cultural policies, directing them to a good life. Pedagogy in the care of human resources and relational assets can contribute to spreading a systemic and multidisciplinary logic, favoring an integrated policy and intermodal guidelines for the environment. The essay presents an emblematic case to combine theoretical perspectives and realizations. The experience of mobility as an emblem of sustainable living and human dignity is today at the center of a wide debate.
