Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper presents some results of a research carried out with separated and divorced parents, through which their stories and experiences were intercepted. Specifically, some problems that the divorced parent has to face, the help received to deal with them and the desired help were detected. The gap between the help received and desired shows the needs of the parents and turns out to be the space to design and develop support interventions.
