Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the positive conformation of direct and indirect donations in order to investigate how the relative evidentiary burden is posed - with particular attention to the corrective measures developed by jurisprudence - in judgments in which the verification of the donative nature of a negotiation event is required, in fictitious meeting, in the reduction action, in the collation, also with regard to disguised donations.
