Processi formativi transmediali in ambito informale. Il caso di una comunità professionale di insegnanti

[Autom. eng. transl.] The changes that have shaped the company as a "Knowledge Society" in recent years have increased the interest in lifelong learning, seen from a lifelong learning perspective. The skills possessed by people are of fundamental importance for the organizations in which they are placed; alongside formal training programs, the individual strengthens his learning even in non-formal and informal contexts. Such learning can therefore take place in everyday life, at work, at home, surfing the Internet. It was precisely in the Web that attention was focused, analyzing a famous Italian online space dedicated to professionals working in the school world. The present contribution takes into account a case study of a famous Professional Community of Teachers, The School that works, and aims to investigate how transmedia training processes in the informal field can be developed starting from the Web.
