Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The training proposals that are structured in organizations can be important opportunities for human and professional growth, taking the form of time and space in which people, not pressured by urgencies-emergencies, can open spaces for reflection and sharing.
For this to happen, it is important that training takes into consideration some important dimensions: the dimension of experience, of reflexivity, of confrontation, of narration. This allows the worker to become aware of himself and his practices; from a pedagogical-educational point of view, however, this is not enough: training requires to be oriented towards action, towards change, which turns out to be another fundamental dimension.
Based on the foregoing, a training experience is presented as part of the "Innovation4all" project. The first phase of the training had a twofold objective: to make young people aware of the skills they need to design innovative ideas for third sector entities; help them recognize the skills they already possess and identify the ones they need to develop and implement.
