Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The conflict between Athens and Thebes for Oropo, which is explained by the absence of natural geographical boundaries, runs through the classical, Hellenistic and Roman age. The contribution studies the origins of the conflict and the modes of claim, including the religious aspect has an important role.
