Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work analyzes the possible consequences for criminal law of that current of thought, philosophical, sociological and psychological, called symbolic interactionism. In particular, the possibility of experimenting with a non-positivistic approach to criminal categories such as intent and imputability is analyzed, very "sensitive" to the different visions of man who invest the different areas of knowledge.
