Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution focuses on examining the content of the corporate governance regulation of banking companies issued in implementation of the European directive with particular regard to the influence of the regulation on the "body with strategic supervision function" on the operating rules of the board of directors administration in the traditional system and the supervisory and management board in the dual system.
