Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work constitutes the Italian report presented for the III section on procedural law (Prevention, Investigation, and Sanctioning of Economic Crime) of XXth International Congress of Penal Law of the International Association of Penal Law entitled "Criminal Justice and Corporate Business". The Italian system for the prevention and repression of economic crimes is therefore illustrated in their punitive (administrative and criminal), procedural and legal compliance profiles of the organizational models, but always respecting human rights legislation.
