Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This volume represents the consolidation of two research paths: the PhD in Institutions and Policies and the internship period at the National Anti-Corruption Authority. The fil rouge of the study is represented by the concept of regulatory contamination in the field of prevention of corruption: in a sector where the production of rules is polycentric, it was decided to investigate the interactions between the supranational sphere and domestic law, between the sector public and private sector, between regulation and practice.
