Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This is the introduction to a focus on the legal profiles of risk management in healthcare. Clinical risk management represents the most promising frontier for preventing adverse events attributable to the responsibility of the structure, reducing civil and criminal litigation and improving relations between doctors, patients and health facilities.
