Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work focuses on the constitutional assumptions on which to base a project to reform self-sufficiency. In particular, the contribution considers the constraints (substantial, institutional and financial) to be observed, also taking into account the currently existing non-self-sufficiency protection models and, finally, emphasizing the role that mutuality and corporate or contractual welfare could assume in the scope of the reform project.
