Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Organizational process consultancy plays an increasingly central role in improving practices, in achieving economic and organizational objectives, and in supporting businesses and companies in times of crisis or major structural changes such as mergers, acquisitions and internal reorganisations. The consulting services market offers a plurality of approaches, tools and methodologies that require company management and human resources to know how to orient themselves in choosing the type of consultancy that best suits the specificities of their organization. This volume originates from a research commissioned by Theorema srl at the Research Center on Intercultural Relations of the Catholic University of Milan with the tax credit system for research and development. The research was aimed at developing a rigorous model of consultancy for organizational processes aimed at businesses and companies. Starting from the research, the key themes of consultancy for organizational processes were identified. On these issues, the volume elaborates a theoretical-practical reflection and involves the companies through a remote dialogue with HR and managers of various Italian companies. This book is aimed at business executives and managers, HR, managers, trainers, consultants and students.
