Prendersi cura della Comunità: una nuova alleanza tra professioni educative e sanitarie

[Autom. eng. transl.] Among the new healthcare assistance models, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) provides for various interventions, including Community Hospitals and Community Houses, an evolution of the experimentation started with the Health Houses conceived as places of prevention and health education. To counter the difficulties of the National Health System, in particular during the pandemic emergency, the community is placed at the center as a key element: in the latest regulatory measures the value of proximity is recognized, understood as an approach that connects people and communities and which requires imagining forms for greater institutional connection. The Community Houses (CdC), promoters of a model of multidisciplinary intervention and planning of interventions of a social nature and socio-health integration, become a space for possible meeting with the educational professions in at least two directions. The first is of a planning nature: if the CoCs are places where the community interprets the framework of needs by defining its own health project, redesigning services that provide professionalism that dialogues, it cannot fail to become a space for the presence of educational figures who can put into practice its field is planning expertise and intervention methodologies for prevention and health promotion. The second is of a media-educational nature: digital becomes a necessary tool in CoCs because it fulfills the function of "connective tissue" in supporting the integration between services (organisational-management-communication plan) and between services and people (information-relational plan) . It becomes necessary to train staff in digital competence which is not limited to the alphabetical level but helps to reconceptualise it in terms of "community technologies". The contribution intends to return the reflections developed by CREMIT within some action research projects: “WelcomTech” (2019/20), “Promoting health in children who grow up with digital screens” (2021/22), “Communicating health ” (2020/21), “Narrating the illness to support the treatment” (2022/23), “Pallium” (2021/23). The projects are reread by highlighting innovative elements relating to the forms of educational intervention and prevention, in particular Peer & Media Education and the skills necessary for the "community tutor" and the forms of training updating of professional profiles in this direction ( Ferrari&Triacca, 2021).
