[Autom. eng. transl.] The article offers an overview of the services for the right to visit and to report, illustrating their functions, the role of the operators and the process of activation and taking charge. In the second part of the article theoretical and methodological agreements are hypothesized to encourage the participation of children, teenagers and parents in the construction of the re-construction project and facilitation of the parent-child relationship within services aimed at guaranteeing the right to visit and relationship.
