Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume was created with the specific intent of being a support to teaching in the framework of the evolutions taking place in the study of comparative ecclesiastical law. It consists of two parts. The first ("Lessons in comparative ecclesiastical law") collects the interventions, in the form of seminars or lectures, which over the years a group of colleagues has proposed in the teaching of Italian and comparative ecclesiastical law held in the Master's Degree Course in Jurisprudence of the Piacenza headquarters of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. The second part ("Materials of comparative ecclesiastical law") collects contributions which, on the basis of emerging themes in foreign and comparative law research, offer a varied and heterogeneous picture of the new contents and of the new methodological approach of the juridical discipline of the religious phenomenon in European legal systems (Greece, Albania and Eastern European countries) and non-European countries (Jordan and other Muslim countries).
