Abstract
This essay introduces a pilot research concerning the practices of cross-cultural management implemented by some Italian enterprises and organizations, describing the evolution of the role of the migrants’ workers within the Italian labour market and emphasising the reasons that make this issue particularly relevant in the contemporary European landscape.
