[Autom. eng. transl.] Arnkil and Seikkula have written a fundamental book for simplicity and concreteness. The merit is that of having found the words and the arguments to fall on the field, pulling them down from even useful abstractions, the principle of reciprocity from which precisely every effectiveness, in the field of the human, is generated. Clear guidelines are offered to the reader to understand how to move on the slippery terrain of relationships, a terrain that is cognitively sophisticated but that in practice is often capable of expressing its own strength. Another value of the book is that of making explicit that all the roles of welfare systems should dialogue within constructive human relationships: not only the operators who are experts in canonical relations, that is to say the help practices (dual or group) in the field settings but also the managers of the individual Organizations and the policy makers responsible for systemic "planning".
