Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution underlines the two merits of the volume which is foreword: 1) the innovative methodology adopted, inspired by the Mixed Methods and characterized by the adoption of virtual ethnography tools; 2) the merit of having discussed media education within the question of citizenship.
