Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Retracing the texts of the authors of the volume, the preface enhances the many critical profiles significantly adduced by the same, as criminal prosecutors, against a system of penalties still pivoting in the condemnation, in our country, on the custodial sanction. Moreover, real aspects of the recent penal legislation are subjected to criticism.
