Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Code contains the essential structure of our tax system. Updated in March 2016, it contains not only all the provisions envisaged by the implementing decrees of the Delegated Law no. 23/2014, but also the most recent legislative interventions such as the patent box, voluntary disclosure, cooperative compliance, the new regulation on appeal procedures.
