Abstract
The contribution focuses on the interpretative uncertainties generated by the interaction between the notice of rejection and significant silence: in particular, the applicability or not of art. 10-bis l. 241/1990 not only to silent consent, but also to the hypotheses of silent denial (for which the legislator has provided nothing); in addition, if and in what way the communication of the impeding reasons conditions the formation of the provisional effect ex lege.
