Abstract

Lasting poverty is becoming more and more diffuse not only for insufficient welfare investments but also for inadequate coordination among pubblic institutions and non profit organizations involved in immediate helps for poor people. Public-private partnerships are very important ways for contrasting long lasting poverty as much as temporary one.
