Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the installation in Milan between the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries of the Order of the Antonians and their hospital dedicated to the saint of Vienne. In particular the donation of Bernabò Visconti is studied, as well as the diplomatic activity of Filippo Provana, preceptor of the 'domus' and trusted man of Filippo Maria Visconti.
