Abstract

Among the key aspects of the science of fitness you are achieving and maintaining the correct relationship between lean mass / fat mass, proper posture and optimal levels of strength and muscular endurance. These three aspects, which together with stress management and the ability to represent the cardiorespiratory fit-Principle, are strongly correlated and one can not improve without the development and function of the other. One of the major applications that are now required of the technicians who work in fitness centers is certainly the achievement of a correct physical form that, in most cases, it is identified with a reduction of body weight. The conditions corrected, so that this decrease occurs, include, in addition to an appropriate and personal nutritional plan, the recovery of the basal metabolism. The decrease of this office, in terms of calories, is partly responsible for the excess weight of a large part of the Italians. Leaving aside physio-metabolic regulating the human body, all muscle physiology texts indicate that the leading exponent of high consumption of calories by the basal metabolic rate is charged to your muscle mass. This last is stimolabile with exercises that are performed in all the gyms, but most times you make mistakes, especially when you think that an exercise or a car going well for everyone equally.
