Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay deals with the impact of the renewal of the corpus of sources of ecclesiastical law started in 1984 with the revision of the Lateran Concordat on the Italian legal system in general and in particular on the provisions contained in the penal code aimed at protecting the Catholic religion and religious allowed.
