Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution examines the relationship between the European Union, the State and regional and local autonomies with respect to the delicate issue of energy supply, highlighting the problems that emerged in the case of the "Gas pipeline from Greece to Italy via Albania and the Adriatic Sea" (known as Trans Adriatic Pipeline, or TAP gas pipeline, with particular reference to the plan of loyal collaboration between government levels.
