Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent years, the health professions have been affected by various regulatory interventions which have entailed, on the one hand, a consistent withdrawal of the punishment in favor of white coats and, on the other hand, an increase in the penalty threatened against those who put risk the status and safety of health professionals. A double political-criminal maneuver that aims to discourage the escape of doctors from hospitals, work environments full of tensions that have now become unsustainable.
