Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The use of poetic writing can also be a valid thaumaturgical tool for emotional / cognitive states, for an internal transformative path, directed towards individual well-being. Officina poetica is a book-project of poetry therapy (poetry-therapy), which investigates and practices the intertwining of artistic language and the search for awareness. Each poem in the collection tells an emotion, linked to important symbols of our inner world, which guides the mind and heart towards a cathartic path of beauty. A narration of the soul that opens the doors to new possibilities, imprisoned in the plot of our consciousness.
