Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The European Union responded to the pandemic crisis in 2020 with a program for member countries of unprecedented scope and ambition, the Next Generation EU, which provides for investments and reforms to accelerate the ecological and digital transition, improve the training of female and male workers. , achieve greater gender, territorial and generational equity. With the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) approved in 2021, Italy can seize the opportunity, as part of the European program, to resume a path of sustainable and lasting development. All the actors who will be involved in the management of the Plan are responsible for technical and operational responsibility and the testimony of civil values that go beyond the interests of individuals or of individual parties. The success of the PNRR will depend on the training tension with which we will act for recovery and resilience in our country, to whose fragility from an environmental, economic and social point of view are added the uncertainties of the international scenario. There will be concrete possibilities of recovery and resilience if reforms, missions and interventions are effectively directed to design the project of an inclusive and supportive society, to rebuild the educational pact between cultures and natural resources. It is the path of ecological transition for the future of human civilization.
