Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution, starting from some general considerations on the impact of the PNRR on the organization of the national school system and on the constitutional regime of legislative competences in the field of education, aims to comment on the ruling no. 223/2023 of the Constitutional Court. The ruling defined the question of constitutional legitimacy raised primarily by some Regions that complained about the invasion of their legislative competences in the field of school sizing and consequent revision of the organizational charts of managers and general directors of administrative services.
