Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution deals with the difficult condition of the faithful who find themselves admitted to health facilities in the light of current state and regional regulations. In particular, the question of the growing number of non-Catholic patients and the related question of a "virtuous" application of these norms is highlighted. In addition, the study analyzes the presence of a series of regional agreements, concluded in this regard, with the regional Bishops' Conferences, as well as conventions between dioceses and health agencies.
