Personalizzazione della didattica per lo sviluppo del potenziale degli studenti

[Autom. eng. transl.] The topic of didactic personalization is even more current today, also in light of the new guidelines for orientation. The aim of this contribution is to explore the didactic practices and tools used by teachers for the personalization of teaching at the beginning of the training path envisaged in the research-training project "Neurodidactics and technologies for the personalization of teaching paths and the development of student potential", highlighting differences and similarities in the different school levels. The results demonstrate a good diffusion of practices and tools for the personalization of teaching, especially among primary school teachers; furthermore, a strong focus on the group dimension and collaboration emerges as a lever for personalization and the facilitation of a positive classroom climate.
