Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The short text reflects on the relationship, today, between the role of individuals in the world and relations between states, outlining criteria for a substantial and supranational concept of democracy, which involves criteria for just acting valid on a planetary level. From this derives, through an illustrative text, the hypothesis of a petition for brotherhood addressed to the respective rulers by people from all over the world.
